This is a program alternating between basketball and volleyball on a weekly basis. The sessions are open to girls and ladies. Each session includes brief reviews of fundamental skills, power drills for cardio and muscle strengthening and pick-up game play. You can expect your muscles to feel it after the session!
Monday evenings from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm.
Open to all ladies aged 13+. No registration, just drop in and play!
Drop-In Basis: $5/session
Please note all girls aged 16 and under, are required to have an adult chaperone present within the facility throughout the time of the session for safety purposes.
